The Matza is from 3 different brands:
- Kisei Rachamim under the supervision of Rabbi Meir Mazuz and the OU.
- Anash (Chabad) under the supervision of Rabbi Hendel of Migdal Emek.
- Birkat HaPesach Mehadrein under the supervision of Rabbi Pinchas Padwa (BELZ), Rabbi Moshe Brandsdorfer, the OU in addition, the Spelt is also under the supervision of Rabbi Shlomo Machpud.
