Delivery policy

As we continue to refine our delivery approach we have made some changes for this year. To minimize breakage of our matzot, we are encouraging our customers to opt for a community pickup point.

All orders will generate a delivery charge of 40 NIS. This covers transportation from our Machsan in Barkan to the Community Pickup Points.

For those customers who would like to-the-door delivery, there is a 25 NIS fee to upgrade.

Once you place your order, we will send you an email asking you to select your community pickup point. If your community is not listed here, we would like your help to grow your community.

We would appreciate your sharing our website; with your contacts, neighbors and friends. Please use: your email contact, a local WhatsApp group, community Facebook Group, local Listserv, like:.io or google groups.

You will be informed where and when you will be able to pick up your order.

The Community Pickups will be approximately a week before Chag.

If you need delivery earlier or last minute please contact us so we can schedule accordingly. There might be an additional charge.

For large orders: Full case, multiple cases we will ususally arrange a special delivery and will charge accordingly.
