Please note that Matza is by nature a fragile item. Although we will pack your order in an effort to take extreme care that allows for minimal or zero breakage, there are circumstances out of our control which may cause some matzot to break.

Please note that once the matza ships, it's out of our control. We will not reimburse for broken matza. Only in extreme cases will we make an effort to replace.
